Rebirthing Breath Journey
The Womb is a Rebirthing Breathwork journey that weaves together conscious connected breathing, somatic awareness, and emotional exploration, supported by music to deepen your connection with yourself. This trauma-informed space is designed to help you feel seen, supported, and encouraged as you reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been hidden or that you may have been disconnected from. With a focus on safety and trust, we invite you to fully surrender on this journey and to dive deep into the present moment of your path.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Rebirthing Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful breathing practice that helps you to access deeper layers of your subconscious and to release unprocessed emotions stored in the body. It uses a circular, connected breath which increases oxygen flow and activates the nervous system in a way that allows emotions, sensations, and memories to surface naturally.
Unlike other major breathwork styles, Rebirthing invites a state of surrender rather than effort. As you breathe in this continuous rhythm, your body begins to guide the experience, bringing awareness to places where energy or emotions may have been unconsciously held. Some people feel physical sensations, such as tingling or warmth, while others may experience emotions rising to the surface, insights about their lives, or a deep sense of relaxation and clarity.

Optional: bring your own yoga mat

Breathwork is a powerful practice that can lead to various physiological changes in the body, as well as intense physical and emotional release. While the experience can vary, it’s important to note that the following conditions are contraindicated for participation.
