Welcome to our relaxation haven! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience in our sauna, please follow these guidelines:

Reservations:

  • Sessions are 30 min to allow all users to enjoy the sauna.
  • It is recommended to book your session in advance to secure availability.

Preparation:

  • Before entering the sauna, take a shower to cleanse your body from any lotions or oils.
  • Use the provided towel to sit on and another to cover yourself.

Hydration:

  • The recommended maximum duration per session is 30 min.
  • If you feel dizzy or unwell, exit the sauna immediately and seek assistance.

Attire:

  • Swimwear or a towel is required during the session.

  • Consult with a healthcare professional if you have any medical conditions before using the sauna.

Rest:

  • After the session, take some time to relax and cool down before engaging in strenuous activities.
