Welcome to the contrast therapy at Rewire Lab
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience in our sauna, please follow the following guidelines:
It is obligatory that you fill in the health declaration here before coming to your session. Register here
It is obligatory to sign the health wavier before your session. Sign it at the reception.
CONTRAST PROTOCOL:
The recommended protocol for contrast therapy is to do 2-3 rounds of hot & cold exposure.
Session Time:
You will be able to use the space for 60 minutes in total.
You can also inquire about our private group sessions for your friends or company.
Please dry yourself before going into the sauna, your towel is mainly used to protect the wood from sweat & water.
It is recommended to book your session in advance to secure availability since we only have 10 spots per session at the sauna.
Reserve you sessions at a specific time to allow all users to enjoy the sauna.
