Somatic Breahtwork Journey
BODY TALKS is a breathwork experience rooted in the science of somatics and the art of listening.
Through conscious connected breath, intentional holds, and slow body awareness, we’ll journey through the body's energetic architecture — from the root to the third eye — awakening parts of ourselves we often leave behind in everyday life.
This isn't about pushing or performing. It’s about creating space to feel, unwind, and reconnect with the intelligence you carry inside.
Conscious Connected Breathing is a gentle yet powerful breathing practice that helps you to access deeper layers of your subconscious and to release unprocessed emotions stored in the body. It uses a circular, connected breath which increases oxygen flow and activates the nervous system in a way that allows emotions, sensations, and memories to surface naturally.
Unlike other major breathwork styles, Conscious Connected Breathing invites a state of surrender rather than effort. As you breathe in this continuous rhythm, your body begins to guide the experience, bringing awareness to places where energy or emotions may have been unconsciously held. Some people feel physical sensations, such as tingling or warmth, while others may experience emotions rising to the surface, insights about their lives, or a deep sense of relaxation and clarity.

BIO
There was a point in my life when the future I had envisioned for myself slowly began to unravel, and the life I once knew gradually fell apart. I realized that the career path I had been pursuing no longer aligned with who I truly was. Alongside this, other significant life events unfolded that pushed me to reconsider my values and direction. During that time of transition, therapy offered valuable tools and insights, but I still felt disconnected—caught up in my head, analyzing my emotions rather than truly experiencing them.
That’s when breathwork entered my life. Breathwork became the missing link, helping me to reconnect with parts of myself I hadn’t realized I’d lost. After two years of integrating breath work into my life, I felt a deep calling to become a practitioner and share this transformative journey with others.
Now, as a breathwork guide, I bring my whole heart and presence to every session.
The way I guide breathwork is rooted in deep respect for each individual’s process. I attune to the breather’s body language, pace, and breath, allowing the experience to unfold naturally without force. Breathwork, to me, is not about achieving a peak emotional release—it is about creating space for integration, for meeting ourselves where we are with gentleness and curiosity.
My sessions are guided by the understanding that true transformation happens not only in the breathwork itself but in the integration that follows. I believe in fostering self-trust, mind-body connection, and present-moment awareness, so that breathers leave not only feeling seen and supported but also with a deeper trust in themselves and their own inner wisdom.
Breathwork is a powerful practice that can lead to various physiological changes in the body, as well as intense physical and emotional release. While the experience can vary, it’s important to note that the following conditions are contraindicated for participation.
If you have any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions please inform us ahead of the session.
